- CEN standard sand EN 196-1 :
Dry siliceous sand calibrated to 0/2mm conforming to norm CEN 196-1 ISO 679. Used to control the mechanical resistance of cements and other hydraulic binders.
Packaged in 1.35kg bags. Sold in boxes containing 20 bags each.
- Sand EN 196-9 : Dry siliceous sand calibrated to 0/2 mm conforming to norm EN 196-9. Used for the measurement of cement heat of hydration evolved by the mortar during the early period after preparation.
Packaged in 1.08kg bags. Sold in boxes containing 20 bags each.
- Reference material : Reference cement, allows calibrating instruments used for the measurement of Blaine specific surface area. It also serves as a reference via its grading.
Alumina powder references (A+B), packaged in 50g flasks. Allows calibrating instruments used for the measurement of specific surface area (BET, Blaine, etc.). They also serve as references via their grading.
